    Three pages the footer had been promising for a while, and a form that reaches us rather than an address that bounces.

    • NewA help page where you can ask our own agent a question, with the common ones answered underneath.
    • NewA contact form that covers questions, bug reports, ideas and sales in one place, so you do not have to guess which inbox you want.

  2. A calmer public chat page

    The page behind a shared agent link got its introduction rewritten.

    • ImprovedAn agent's public page now shows its avatar and its configured chat title rather than a generic icon and fixed wording.
    • ImprovedSuggested questions, where an agent has them, appear beside the chat so a visitor can see what it is good at before typing.
    • ImprovedThe page states plainly that the first responder is an AI, and which language it answers in.
